Licence conditions (17)
  1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that a training package is in place in order for all staff involved with the sale or supply of alcohol to be sufficiently trained in licensing matters proportionate to their role and responsibilities.
  2. Particular attention should be paid to underage sales / ID verification and the refusal of alcohol sales to drunk persons.
  3. Records shall be kept of this training, dated and signed by the staff member and trainer.
  4. Refresher training shall be completed at least every 6 months again with documented records that are available for Police inspection.
  5. A written record shall be retained at the premises that lists the staff members who have been authorised to sell alcohol following their training.
  6. This shall also be made available to the Police on request.
  7. The premises licence holder shall ensure that a refusals book / ID checks / incident book or log is maintained by staff at the premises.
  8. These records shall be retained for a minimum of 1 year and be made available to the Police and other responsible authorities upon request.
  9. Monitor the behaviour of those present, restricting entertainment and the consumption of alcohol if required, alert law enforcement if there is any anticipated crime or disorder.
  10. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all public and private 'events or functions' are subject to a written Risk Assessment that shall include the date, times and nature of the event, the assessment of risk and the measures put in place to address any identified risks.
  11. All Risk Assessments shall be documented and retained for a minimum of 1 year and shall be made available for inspection by Police and Council officials upon request.
  12. We will monitor the sound level of any music performance and ensure that it is not excessive and finishes within the license application proposal.
  13. No anti social behaviour will be tolerated.
  14. All guests will be asked to leave the premises quietly and respectfully.
  15. The premises licence holder shall ensure that a system is in place to ensure that every individual who appears to be under 25 years of age seeking to purchase or be supplied with alcohol at or from the premises, shall produce acceptable means of identification and age confirmation to confirm they are 18 or over. Acceptable identification shall be a passport, photo driving licence, PASS accredited photo ID or Military ID.
  16. If the person seeking alcohol is unable to produce acceptable means of identification, no sale or supply of alcohol will be made to or for that person.
  17. Alert responsible adults (law enforcement if necessary) if there is any perceived harm to children.
