  1. A personal licence holder shall be on the premises during opening hours.
  2. (CONDITION 1 ABOVE WAS IMPOSED BY BEXLEY MAGISTRARTES ON 1 FEBRUARY 2011)
  3. At all times when the premises operate under the terms of the premises licence the CCTV cameras serving the premises shall: ? be maintained fully operational and in good working order; ? make and retain clear images that include points of sale of alcohol and the facial images of the purchasers of alcohol; and ? show an accurate date and time of when the images were made.
  4. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand.
  5. Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  6. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
  7. The premises shall operate in accordance with ?Challenge 25? and all customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age. Notice to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
  8. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be: ? a proof of age card bearing the ?PASS? hologram logo; ? a passport; ? an EU photo driving licence; or ? any other form of identification approved in writing by the Licensing Authority.
  9. A refusals book, or similar record, shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book, or other form of record, must be made available for inspection, upon demand, by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  10. Staff shall receive regular training on the responsible retailing of alcohol, including the prevention of underage sales, and the use of the premises CCTV system. Such training shall take place on induction, and at least twice a year thereafter. Staff training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to the Police, community safety officer or authorised person.
  11. A ?clear window? policy shall be kept at the premises so that staff have an unobstructed view of the area outside of the premises. The exception to this shall be the display of notices required by law and any required as a condition of this Licence.
  12. All containers of alcohol sold shall be marked with an Ultra-Violet (UV) label identifying the premises. The UV label shall bear the following unique premises reference mark RY52 The labels shall be applied to all retail packs/units displayed for sale within the premises. The UV label shall be positioned near to the bar coding unless an alternative position is agreed in writing with the Licensing Authority. As an alternative the containers may be labelled with the same identification mark using a UV marker pen.
  13. All alcohol sold shall be placed in bags bearing the name and address of the premises on at least one side.
  14. No cider, perry or lager which have strength greater than 5.5% a.b.v shall be stocked at, or sold from these premises.
  15. The following alcoholic beverages shall be located behind a staffed counter: ? Mixed alcoholic beverages under 10% a.b.v; and ? Alcoholic beverages over 20% a.b.v presented in containers holding a lesser quantity than 700ml.
  16. Alcohol, other than that kept behind a staffed counter, shall only be displayed in accordance with the locations identified on the plan attached as Annex 4 of this licence.
  17. Toilet accommodation at the premises shall not generally be made available to the public
