  1. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents.
  2. Clear and legible signage shall all times be prominently displayed at the entrance to the premises and inside the premises warning customers that proof of age will be demanded and that the premises operate in accordance with the ¿Challenge 21¿ scheme.
  3. Before alcohol is sold to a customer who appears to be under the age of 21the customer shall be required to produce a PASS proof of age card, photo driving licence or passport. This is commonly known as the ¿Challenge 21¿ policy.
  4. Where a customer aged 18 years or over indicates that they are purchasing wine or beer for a child aged 16 or 17 years to drink with their meal the child shall also be required to provide a PASS proof of age card, photo driving licence or passport.
  5. A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which shall be recorded the time, date and relevant particulars of each refusal to sell alcohol to a child or a customer unable to produce proof of age and this book shall be made available for inspection by a Police Officer, community support officer or authorised officer of the Licensing Authority.
  6. At all times thereafter when the premises operate in accordance with this licence a CCTV system serving the premises shall be provided and thereafter maintained fully operational and in good working order. It shall make and retain clear images that include the away counter/bar servery and the entrance to the premises. The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate time and date that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days. CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by a Police Officer, community support officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority.
