- All alcohol sales are made in advance via our online ordering system. No walk-in sales are permitted. Customers are required to provide full billing details and proof of age and address prior to collection. All collections are pre-arranged and recorded, with ID checks carried out on arrival. The premises are fully secured with CCTV covering collection areas, entrances, and storage zones. No alcohol is consumed on the premises at any time. All staff involved in the handling or release of alcohol are fully trained in responsible alcohol retailing and age-verification procedures, including Challenge
- CCTV operates throughout the premises with footage retained for at least 31 days and made available to the police or local authority on request. The warehouse and collection point are secured with locked access, alarm systems, and monitored entry for authorised staff and customers only. No cash sales take place onsite. All transactions are processed online in advance, reducing the risk of theft or antisocial behaviour. Staff are trained to identify and refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or acting suspiciously. The premises are not open to the general public other than pre-booked collections. All visitors must report to staff on arrival and remain in designated safe areas. The site is fitted with appropriate signage, lighting, and fire-safety equipment in accordance with current regulations. Regular health and safety checks are carried out, including risk assessments for alcohol handling and storage. No alcohol consumption is permitted on or immediately outside the premises. Collections are by appointment only and take place during standard business hours to minimise noise and disturbance. Delivery and collection vehicles are managed to prevent congestion or obstruction to neighbouring properties. Waste is stored and disposed of responsibly, ensuring no litter or odour issues arise.
