  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
  2. D2H9.1: Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
  3. Proof of age may be illustrated by a :-
  4. Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
  5. 'New type' driving licence with photograph.
  6. Valid UK Passport
  7. Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
  8. It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
  9. Public Safety:-
  10. OC27: Safety appliances and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.
  11. OC58: All Fire Fighting equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority. Any emergency exits shall be indicated by suitable signage and kept clear at all times.
  12. Public Nuisance:-
  13. All doors and windows to be shut no later than midnight during performances of music of all kinds.
  14. D2H29.6: The licensee or a nominated representative shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of all noisy events.
