- All sales of alcohol to be authorized by a Personal License Holder.
- Appropriate training will be provided to all staff to ensure compliance with the law including documenting of such training.
- Alcohol will only be offered for off sale only and drinking will not be permitted in and within the nearest area of the store.
- Appropriate level of exterior lightening to discourage disorder, whilst minimizing impact on neighbouring properties.
- Record of declined sales will be kept and will be available to the authorities.
- Carry out full risk assessment for proposed premises operation.
- Provision of access routes for emergency vehicles, which are kept free of obstruction and procedures for emergencies including calling for emergencies services.
- Regular electrical safety and gas safety checks will be carried out. Provision of adequate staff trained in evacuation procedures at all times whilst the premises are in use.
- Ensure adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises together with sufficient trained first aiders.
- Ensure adequate and appropriate lightening and ventilation systems are put in place.
- Use of noise assessments to identify measures required to prevent nuisance.
