  1. EC0201 - Credit Sales (from original Justices Licence)
  2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
  3. (a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, is consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
  4. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
  5. (c) to a canteen or mess.
  6. EC0203 - Permitted Hours - with Supper Hours Certificate (from original Justices Licence)
  7. Alcohol may be sold or supplied [for one hour following the hours set out above and] [on Christmas day, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.] to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the hours set out above shall continue to apply.

  9. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
  10. In this condition, permitted hours means:
  11. (a) On the following weekdays, namely Monday to Friday, other than Christmas Day, or Good Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m,
  12. (b) On Saturdays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 10am to 11p.m.;
  13. (c) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m.
  14. (d) On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m.
  15. (e) On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
  16. (f) On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  17. (g) On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m
  18. (h) On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).
  19. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
  20. Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
  21. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  22. CCTV is to be installed in and around the location of the premises with particular attention as to the siting of cameras covering all entrances and exits, public areas, areas where the public may congregate to gain entry or leave the premises and all other areas where the public may have access.
  23. The activity of recorded music will be limited to 12 occasions in any period of twelve months.
