  2. The CCTV system shall be maintained to ensure it is in good working order.
  3. Images captured on CCTV will be retained for a period of 30 days and shall be made available, if requested, by Kent Police or a representative of the Licensing Authority.
  4. Waste collections will be after 07:00 hours and as the premises will be closed from 16:00 hours, the disposal of such waste is not considered to cause a nuisance.
  5. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
