  2. Live music entertainment will cease 30 minutes before the end of sale of alcohol in order to allow customers to leave the premises in an orderly way.
  3. A 30-minute extension of opening hours will be provided after the end of sale of alcohol will be provided with access to the pub's toilet facilities.
  4. Iced water shall be provided free to customers.
  5. The pub will continue to be a member of the local Pubwatch scheme and to subscribe to the police and local pub intercom system. Regular checks by the Bar Group will ensure that no goods unlawfully imported are kept or stored at the premises.
  6. The bar will continue to follow the safer clubbing guide in respect of its drug policy.
  7. Customers shall not be allowed to leave the premises with drinking receptacles of any kind.
  8. The rear patio area will be closed to customers at 22:00 hours every day and windows/doors will be kept closed during the provision of regulated entertainment that involves music.
  9. "Leave quietly" boards will be displayed near the exit doors.
  10. The operating hours for the sale of alcohol, live entertainment and admission of children will be posted on the building for inspection by local residents and authorities as per the guidelines set out in the licensing policy.
  11. Proof of age must be shown by anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 years old.
  12. Under 18's will not be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours, unless accompanied by an adult.
  13. The premises will adopt the code of practice operated by the Portman Group regarding socially responsible promotion of alcoholic drinks.
