Licence conditions (13)
  1. The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council
  2. The exhibition of films shall be restricted to video recordings shown on T.V screens and on amusement machines.
  3. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours on the day following) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the boundary of nearby residential properties
  4. The use of the garden of the premises shall not be used after 23.00 hours.
  5. The Courtyard will be used for staff parking
  6. Prominent, clear and legible signs shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  7. Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:

Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound;
  9. ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain;
  10. iii) The provision and consumption of late night refreshment for a period of 30 minutes after the hour permitted for the supplv of alcohol.
  11. The Courtyard shall not be used for the consumption of alchohol and shall be used as a staff
  12. car park only to include a chain or similar to restrict the entrance and egress therefrom and
  13. signage to this effect shall be prominently displayed
