  1. A police approved CCTV system fitted and in operation with one camera pointing to the cash desk.
  2. CCTV recordings will be kept for a minimum of 30 days and made available for inspection by the police or other statutory authority on demand.
  3. A refusal book shall be maintained, recording refusals of age restricted sales and the reason for refusal. Such refusals book to be made available for inspection by the police or other statutory authority on demand.
  4. All sales of alcohol will be made by the designated premises supervisor or a personal licence holder.
  5. A notice advising customers to leave the premises in an orderly manner and to be mindful of neighbours to be visibly displayed.
