Licence conditions (9)
  1. The external bar servery will be supervised at all times when in use.
  2. The external bar servery will be inaccessible to customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any alcohol.
  3. Any outside area are to be monitored and supervised by management and staff, when occupied, during the hours that the premises are open to the public.
  4. Locations of fire safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment.
  5. Children are permitted on the premises if accompanied by an adult but are not permitted at the bar servery.
  6. All doors and windows shall be closed after 23:00 except for ingress and egress
  7. Prominent notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly.
  8. No disposal of bottles into external bottle bins between 22:00 – 10:00
  9. The external bar servery shall close to customers by 23:00 daily.
