  1. The function room will only be hired out used by vetted companies/organisations for the serving of shellfish accompanied with wine, beer and spirits.The sale of shellfish via the internet will also include wine.,.
  2. The premises are kept locked when not in use secured with burglar alarm and security cameras. No crime, vandalism or disorder has been experienced.,.
  3. The function room is within the buildings of Colchester Oyster Fishery Limited. All areas of danger to the public are clearly marked as off limits. Fire and non smoking notices are displayed.,.
  4. The premises are accessed by a private road and through gates from the sea wall. The gates are kept locked. There is a CCTV security system installed.,.
  5. No areas of the Oyster Company are accessible to Children and all deep water areas are fenced and clearly marked 'deep water' there is a CCTV security system installed.,.
  6. No Off sales of alcohol may be delivered off the Premises other than by internet or telephone orders. Sales of alcohol must be pre-ordered by telephone or internet and Invoice/orders must be carried on delivery vehicle and produced by delivery driver on request, to any Authorised Licensing Officers of the Council and Police Officers. Only pre-ordered alcohol may be carried on the delivery vehicle with invoices for each specific address, as ordered via telephone or internet only, and delivered directly to the front door.Colchester Oyster Fishery Ltd, must keep a record of all alcohol orders with Name and address of customer ordering, and ‘Proof of age ID’ must be requested, adopting the challenge 21 Scheme at point of order/delivery, where appropriate, to ensure that alcohol is not supplied to under 18’s. The record must always be produced for inspection at the request of Authorised Licensing Officers of the Licensing Authority and Police Officers to ensure compliance with the Premises Licence Condition.,.
