Licence conditions (1)
- Children under the age of 18 shall not be allowed to enter, or remain on, the premises after 2200 hours. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing clear images in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass the entrance/exit and all areas where the sale, supply or consumption of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. The recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Images will be retained for a period of 31 days and handed to Police upon request. No open glasses or bottles shall be allowed to be taken outside the delineated licensed area as per the deposited plan, or any outside seating area covered by a valid Pavement Cafe Licence. The Premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the Local Authority's Knock Back Scheme at all times or such other scheme or schemes of a similar nature that may be introduced. A zero tolerance drugs policy will be adopted at the premises. This should include regular checks of the toilet areas and a record kept of any incidents. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carry a Pass logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. A minimum of two SIA registered door staff will be employed at the premises from midnight each day and remain on duty until such time as the premises closes.
