  2. A 30-minute extension of opening hours after the end of sale of alcohol will be provided.
  3. Not less than ten working days written notice will be provided to Police when "Events Days" are planned.
  4. All troublemakers will be banned.
  5. The premises will continue to be a member of Pubwatch
  6. Fire extinguishers will be maintained and a fire blanket will be provided in kitchen.
  7. A first aid kit will be maintained.
  8. Enough bar staff will be provided at busy times.
  9. Live music will end at 23:30 Recorded music will end at 00:30
  10. The restrictions set out in the licensing Act 2003 will apply.
