Licence conditions (12)
  1. Staff are to be regularly trained in the licensing regulations.
  2. Display signage stating that alcohol will not be served to underage drinkers. ID will be sought in line with Challenge 21.
  3. Use a refusal book to record details of instances where staff have refused a customer thought to be under age.
  4. Garden area to be closed at 10.00 pm
  5. 12 A comprehensive CCTV system that ensures that all areas of the licensed premises are monitored, including all entry points, and which enable frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. All cameras shall continually record whilst the premises are in operation and the recording shall be kept available for a minimum of 31 days with time and date stamping. Recording shall be made available to a duly authorised Council officer or a police officer together with facilities for viewing. The recordings for the preceding 31 days shall be made available immediately on request. The CCTV system shall be operated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  6. 13 Notices to be displayed at exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  7. The licence holder shall maintain an Incident Book at the premises to record the following:- all crimes reported to the venue all ejections of patrons any complaints received any incidents of disorder any faults in the CCTV system any visit by a relevant authority or emergency services.
  8. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that all management staff are trained to use and maintain the Incident Book. The Incident Book shall be readily available for inspection by the Police or other statutory authority;
  9. Between midnight and close the premises will operate as a takeaway only. At all other times the premises may operate as both a restaurant and takeaway.
  10. When operating as a restaurant the following must apply. The customers are shown to their table, they are served food in the form of a substantial table meal that is prepared on the premises and is consumed at the table using non disposable crockery and cutlery.
  11. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold, supplied or consumed on the premises otherwise than to persons who are taking substantial table meals and that the consumption of intoxicating liquor by such persons is ancillary to taking such meals. The supply of alcohol shall be waiter/waitress service only.
  12. Police and/or LB H contracted drugs dogs or drugs detection equipment will be given immediate access to the premises without notice for the purpose of detecting and reducing incidences of drug misuse.
