  1. The only On Sales at the Premises will be at the 4 events per year, starting at 19:00 and ending at 22:00. This will not be a regular occurring event, will not be ticketed, and will be for attendees aged 18+ only.
  2. CCTV installed at the premises to mitigate theft, damage, and unlawful sale of alcohol. This will be regularly maintained and recordings handed to responsible authority on request
  3. Effective training will be delivered to all members of staff so that they are aware of the importance of the license and the legislative requirements that must be maintained and delivered during trading hours.
  4. Staff will be well trained in asking customers to use premises in an orderly and respectful manner by challenging sales for those who are underage and implementation of underage ID checks.

  19. The Licensee will ensure that staff who arrive early morning or depart late at night when the business has ceased trading conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid causing disturbance to nearby residents.

  21. Adequate waste receptacles for use by customers will be provided in the local vicinity.
