CCTV will be installed that can be controlled remotely from inside the building. it will be stored on a hard drive for at least 31 days. Staff will be fully trained on the CCTV operation and images would be available to the responsible authorities on request complaint with the Data Protection Legislation2. New staff will be fully trained on the licensing rules before they start work. This will be in house training carried out by the designated premises a personal licence holder. 3. The Premises Licence Holder will risk assess the need to use polycarbonate receptacles and whether bottles will be decanted by staff prior to the customer receiving a drink.
The premises licence holder will maintain health and safety and fire safety risk assessments and will train staff in any issues arising from those risk assessments. 5. The premises will retain an incident book to report any incidents of disorder.
On the occasions that music is played as part of the licensable activities the staff will check to ensure that the music does not cause nuisance to the surrounding premises.
The premises will apply Challenge 25 policy whereby any person appearing to be under the age of 25 will be asked to produce ID to prove they are over the age of 18. The identification to be produced would be required to have a photograph of the individual and examples would be passport, photocard driving licence, HM Services card or government approved PASS card. 8. A record of refusals to be served will be maintained in the premises.
