  1. The premises will be closed to the general public after the terminal hour which shall be 00.00hrs.
  2. From 00:00hrs to 03:00hrs on Fridays and Saturdays the premises shall operate deliveries only.
  3. A complaints book will be held on the premises to record details of any complaints received from neighbours. The information is to include, where disclosed, the complainant's name, location, date time and subsequent remedial action undertaken. This record must be made available at all times for inspection by council officers.
  4. All ventilation and extraction systems shall be correctly maintained and regularly serviced to ensure that it is operating efficiently and with minimal disturbance to neighbours arising from odour.
  5. The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images that include the points of sale and facial images of the customers; and c) show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
  6. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  7. The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  8. The provision of late night refreshment shall be restricted to the supply of hot beverages and hot food only.
  9. Notices requiring patrons to leave quietly to be posted internally and externally at the exit door.
  10. A notice requiring all staff to exit quietly to be posted internally and externally at the rear exit.
  11. All deliveries shall be made from the rear of the premises on Fridays and Saturdays from 00.00 hours.
  12. 8.The retail area shall appear to be closed after the terminal hour of 00.00 hours.
  13. All deliveries after 00.00hrs on Fridays to Saturdays shall only be made to residential addresses. (CONDITIONS 1 to 9 ABOVE WERE IMPOSED BY THE LICENSING SUB COMMITTEE ON 7 JUNE 2017)
