  1. The premises shall be a member of the Nite Net scheme.
  2. CCTVshall be installed at the site shall be maintained in good working order all the time the premsies is open to the public. CCTV images shall be retained for a minimum of 31 days and made available to a Police Officer or Authorised Officer of the Licnesing Authority as soon as reasonable practicable.
  3. The owner or a manager will be on duty at all times the premsies are open to the public for licensable activities.
  4. Litter patrols shall take place each night to clear the area immediately adjacent to the premises of any litter.
  5. Litter bins shall be provided and maintained available for use outside the premises.
  6. Notices shall be erected at the entrance to the premises requesting customers to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
  7. No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises after 23.00hrs.
