The system will only store relevant images so that images can be quickly viewed as images are captured from the cameras as soon as movement is detected. The system will record on motion activation only. Images will be retained for a period of no less than 31 days.4. Access to the equipment and recordings will be provided to the police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority for the purpose of obtaining access to the equipment and recordings.

All fire doors will be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open.7. Notices are displayed providing fire evacuation procedure.8.
