  1. Already have CCTV.
  2. Display notices to respect neighbourhood.
  3. Take special care of children.
  4. Will not serve large groups after 2300hrs.
  5. Use of CCTV with recording facility and notices.
  6. A recording internal and external CCTV system will be installed and will ordinarily be in fully operational use at all times the venue is operating under its premises licence.
  7. CCTV system will be of a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required.
  8. As a minimum any copies burned off for the Police must be capable of being played on any Windows based system without the need for further software and without the need for any enhancement.
  9. The recording equipment will be stored and operated in a secure environment with limited access to avoid damage, theft, unauthorised viewing and maintain the integrity of the system.
  10. The system will be regularly maintained and serviced and the system clock will be checked regularly for accuracy taking account of GMT and BST.
  11. Police and authorised officers of Havant Borough Council shall have access to data from the systems quickly and easily and therefore provision will be made for someone to have access to the secure area and also be able to operate the equipment and to supply footage in a format which can be easily viewed.
  12. All operators will receive training from the installer when equipment is installed and this training will be cascaded down to new members of staff. An operator's manual will be available to assist in replaying and exporting data.
  13. A member of the Management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open.
  14. A person will have responsibility for the premises whilst the premises are open.
  15. The till will be positioned behind the counter so there is no access to the public.
  16. The shop will be fitted with shutters.
  17. All incidents of anti social behaviour to be reported to police.
  18. Take care of public safety.
  19. Display notices re CCTV and respect neighbourhood First aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets will be in the premises.
  20. Clear up any litter in front of shop.
  21. Will not serve large groups to prevent fights and disorder.
  22. A sign will be displayed showing the opening hours and asking customers to leave quietly.
  23. The public will be restricted from entering any are a used for cooking or preparing food.
  24. Will ensure at least one person in shop is designated person to take care of child safety within the shop.
