- 1. The premises will operate as a delivery only business. The premises will not open to the public and will be used for the dispatch of goods only. There shall be no collection of goods by the public from the premises. 2. The business will arrange for the telephone number for the premises and/or a member of the management team to be provided to residents upon request in order that any complaints can be made direct. 3. The premises licence holder will encourage all riders involved in deliveries, to use their vehicles in a responsible manner so as not to cause a nuisance, and to ensure that they do not leave engines running when the vehicles are parked. The premises licence holder will encourage delivery drivers not to gather outside the premises, requesting that all noise, from delivery drivers, is kept to a minimum. 4. A CCTV system comprising of a multi camera system will be installed at the premises capable of the following: a) The head unit (recorder) for storing the images will store such data on a hard drive, cloud or a similar quality medium (locally or accessible from a central location) b) If the head unit (recorder) is kept on the premises it must be located in a secure cabinet or other secure area, preferably out of the sight and reach of the public. c) A CD/DVD burner, USB type device or media storage database (i.e. Cloud) will also form part of the system to facilitate making copies of the footage d) The quality of the images must be of a sufficiently high standard to allow identification of the subject matter e) Cameras will cover key areas identified by the operator and Police. There shall include at least one camera positioned at each entry and exit point to monitor any external areas to the premises and of such quality to enable identification of the recorded person in any light. f) Images must be retained for a minimum period of 31 days before overwriting g) The images will be made available in reasonable time on demand by the Police and authorised
- 5.The licence holder will place a notice, clearly visible to delivery drivers, on the exterior of the premises, asking all delivery drivers please to turn off their engines, be quiet and respect our neighbours.
