Licence conditions (21)
  1. The Proprietor, Manager, Designated Premises Supervisor or other responsible person shall liaise and confer with the Local Police Authority and employ Door supervisors where identified as necessary. The Local Licensing Authority are to be informed of such action if taken.
  2. At all times when the premises is open to the public, or club members and guests allText/Radio Pager(s) Links to the Police, must be well maintained and kept in working order.
  3. At all times when the premises is open to the public, or club members and guests allText/Radio Pager(s) must be activated, made available to and monitored by the Designated Premises Supervisor or a responsible member of staff.
  4. Any/all instance(s) of crime or disorder shall be reported via the Text/Radio pager link by the Designated Premises Supervisor or a responsible member of staff to a designated Police contact point.
  5. Any/all Police instructions or directions received by the Designated Premises Supervisor or responsible member of staff, via Text/Radio pager links must be complied within the time span indicated by the Police Authority or as soon as reasonably practicable.
  6. Toughened glass is currently in use and will continue to be used during any additional hours.
  7. The DPS, manager or other responsible person will ensure that the premises will become a member of 'Pubwatch' or any other similar group if established.
  8. In the event CCTV was operational at the time of grant of this licence, such equipment shall be operational during all opening hours.
  9. The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
  10. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
  11. The Premises Supervisor in situ shall liaise with local neighbours to resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with existing Role in the Community Guidelines.
  12. Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
  13. Proof of age may be illustrated by a:-
  14. Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
  15. 'New type' driving licence with photograph.
  16. Valid Passport
  17. Biometric Residence Permit
  18. Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
  19. It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
  20. No entertainment in the form of a nude, adult or sexual nature is to be permitted on the premises, whether paid for by the company or by patrons visiting the premises.
