Licence conditions (11)
  1. All staff to be fully trained in their responsibilities with regard to the sale of alcohol, and retrained every six months.
  2. Refresher training will take place every 6 months.
  3. All CCTV images will be stored on hard drive for a minimum period of 31 days and will be made available to the Police or authorized licensing officer from the Council on request.
  4. No display of alcohol will be located less than 5 metres from any exit or entrance to the store.
  5. Staff at the premises will ensure that anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to buy alcohol will be asked to provide adequate and accepted proof of age. Proof of age would include:-
  6. ?New type? driving licence with photograph.
  7. Valid UK passport.
  8. Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
  9. Only staff over 18 years of age will be allowed to sell alcohol.
  10. Permanent records must be kept of all training undertaken and these must be made available for inspection at any time by the Police or a member of the Licensing Authority on request.
  11. No proxy sales of alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years will be permitted.
