  1. CCTV recordings will be kept for a minimum of 28 days. Downloads will be made available to Police and authorised officers of the council upon request, in line with the data protection act.
  2. Suitable and adequate training shall be given to members of staff in how to monitor the entrance to the store and to deter the congregation of any persons inside or outside the premises.
  3. 'Challenge 21' policy must be adopted and all persons attempting to purchase alcohol on the premises must be subject to it.
  4. Anyone who appears to be under 21 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
  5. Proof of age may be illustrated by a:-
  6. Connexions card as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
  7. 'New type' driving licence with photograph.
  8. Valid UK Passport
  9. Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
  10. A 'Challenge 21' policy must be adopted and all persons entering or attempting to enter the premises must be subject to it.
  11. Anyone suspected of purchasing alcohol on behalf of, or for consumption by, anyone under the age of 18 years shall be declined service.
