The prevention of crime and disorder:· If a suitable watch scheme were to be established, the premises owner must become and active member. · CCTV to be installed within the premises and to cover the entrance and forecourt by 1 March 2006 and recordings to be made available on request to the police. Recordings to be retained for 7 days. The prevention of public nuisance:· Suitable and conspicuous notices to be displayed the exit reminding patrons it is a residential area and to leave quietly.
