  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  2. Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
  3. Proof of age may be illustrated by a:-
  4. Connexions card - as promoted by Kent Trading Standards and Kent Police.
  5. 'New type' driving licence with photograph.
  6. Valid UK Passport
  7. Official identity card issued by HM Armed Forces.
  8. Public Safety:-
  9. Alcohol will not be provided to any person who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of any intoxicating substance.
  10. All Fire Safety equipment shall be maintained and checked and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority. Any emergency exits shall be indicated by suitable signage and kept clear at all times.
  11. Any monitored alarm system installed in the premises must be regularly tested, well maintained and kept in good working order.
