  4. The Licensee will ensure that a "Think 21 Scheme" is in place and notices of this are prominently displayed within the store.
  5. The Licensee will ensure that a record is kept where sale of alcohol are refused which will be made available to an authorised officer from the Police or Local Authority on request.
