Licence conditions (14)
  1. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note: this may also include reference to vehicles.)
  2. There shall be provided at the premises suitable and sufficient containers for the storage and disposal of waste foods and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed and maintained so as to prevent access, except by staff.
  3. Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises they shall provide at or near the point of sale, sufficient receptacles to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrapping etc.
  4. Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area immediately surrounding the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrapping etc at the end of trading on each day. Such refuse shall be placed in a container designed for the storage and disposal of refuse and waste foods which shall be constructed and maintained so as to prevent access, except by staff.
  5. No refuse, including bottles, shall be disposed of from the premises into a receptacle where such disposal is likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the area of the premises at any time between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10.00 am.
  6. Staff employed at the premises will be informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act.
  7. At all times when the premises are open to the public for any licensable activity, there will be sufficient competent staff on duty for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder.
  8. CCTV cameras and recording equipment shall be maintained at the premises. All CCTV recordings are to be kept for a period of 28 days and shall be available to the Police upon request.
  9. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire, including how to summon the fire brigade will be prominently displayed.
  10. Fire fighting equipment will be provided in the premises in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Authority.
  11. Fire escape routes shall be identified by adequate signage.
  12. Clear and legible notices will be displayed at exits requesting patrons to leave the premises having regard to the needs of local residents.
  13. No persons under 18 years shall be served alcohol at any time on the premises.
  14. Staff shall be trained on their duties and responsibilities in regard to the law against serving alcohol to under 18’s.
