  1. Personal license holder or designated premises supervisor on the premises at all times the license is in operation.
  2. All staff have had informal training in licensing matters.
  3. Off sales are restricted to the hours 1000 to 1700.
  4. An incident book is kept on the premise to record any incidents that may affect the running of the premises.
  5. A drug policy is in force but no notices are displayed.
  6. Adequate lighting is installed both internally and externally.
  7. Burglar alarms are fitted to the premise.
  8. Useable additional exits are located to the side and rear of the premises.
  9. Smoke detectors and fire fitted throughout the premises.
