  1. Conditions carried over from Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'on' Licence) and Local Governement (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982:2) Intoxicating liquor shall only be supplied to members of Old Albanian Sports Association and its affiliated clubs and their bona fide guests, to members and supporters of visitors sports teams and persons attending any function at the premises approved by Old Albanian Sports Association.LICENSING OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENTUnder the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and other powers in this behalf: Public MUSIC AND DANCING AND PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT OF THE LIKE KIND on weekdays between the hours of 12.00hrs and 23.30hrs. MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT ONLY on Sundays between the hours of 16.00hrs and 22.00hrs.This Licence subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the Local Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS1) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.2) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: 2003) The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainments (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality. 4) All doors and windows on the façade(s) of the building, which is the subject of this consent, shall be kept closed at all times during the entertainment events, except when access is requir

  3. Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

Licensing Act 2003, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

General:· Access to and use of the premises and facilities is restricted in accordance with the rules of the club and there is no public use of the licensed areas.The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:· CCTV installed within the pavilion. Admission to premises restricted to members and guests and those attending approved functions only. Applications from third parties to hire the facilities are subject to vetting and no functions involving sale of alcohol are undertaken unless the hirer and the guests are 21 or over.Public Safety:· The premises do now and will continue to comply with all fire and health and safety requirements. The facilities are three years old at the date of this application, and duly comply with all current regulations with respect to public safety.The Prevention of Public Nuisance:· As in 'The Prevention of Crime and Disorder', and continued observance of conditions on the public entertainment licence. Staff are trained to recognise behaviour likely to cause public nuisance and act accordingly.The Prevention of Children from Harm:· The club has been awarded the RFU seal of approval in regulation to the protection of children from harm. There is a no smoking policy on sunday mornings when junior members use the premises most. Unaccompanied children under 16 are not admitted to the bar area at any time. It is intended to introduce a non smoking policy in the main bar from 1 September 2005.
