Licence conditions (23)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. General Conditions
  4. At all times the Trustees and any employee of the trustees will abide by the rules laid down in the formal consitution and associated procedures of 'The Ogilvie Pavilion and Sports Ground CIO'.
  5. All users of The Pavilion and Sports Ground will be required to sign and abide by the conditions of use set down in the Principle Users Agreement.
  6. All hires of The Pavilion and Sports Ground will be required to sign and abide by the conditions of use set down in the Hire Agreement. Crime and Disorder
  7. There will be no irresponsible drinks promotions.
  8. All bar operatives at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol. Public Safety
  9. Emergency exits will be properly maintained and adequately illuminated.
  10. Smoke detectors will be properly maintained.
  11. Fire extinguishers will be properly fixed and maintained.
  12. Notices will be displayed regarding the procedure to be followed in the event of an emergency and emergency procedures will be practiced on a regular basis.
  13. Testing of emergency procedure will be recorded in a log book.
  14. An adequate first aid kit will be provided and maintained at the premises.
  15. Access for emergency vehicles will be kept free of obstruction. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  16. The use of outside areas including the patio area and external seating shall not be permitted after 23:30 hours.
  17. The volume of the amplification system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive to the nearest residential properties.
  18. During any music event, a responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building and immediately implement any changes necessary a. to ensure noise levels remain non-intrusive to the nearest residentail properties b. in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the council Any such changes in noise levels will be maintained at the reduced level for a period of the music event.
  19. Adequate litter bins will be provided, both inside and outside the premises.
  20. There willbe no music outdoors after 23:00
  21. All doors and windows shall not be opened after 23:00 except for access and agress when amplified music is taking place indoors.
  22. The Licensee must prevent music causing undue disturbance to nearby residents. Protection of children from harm
  23. Children will be adequately supervised by a responsible adult.
