  1. The conditions of hire take account of the proximity of residential property. All hirings are pre booked and must adhere to our booking conditions which are put in place by the management committee and reviewed annually.,.
  2. Outside lighting with parking area. Hirers are responsible for their own activities but must adhere to the allocated hiring time and conditions laid down by the management committee.,.
  3. Regular safety checks are made of electrical and fire alarm systems. Fire exits Full insurance cover. First aid kit on premises. Outside lighting.,.
  4. Nominated adult is held responsible for any events taking place within the hall. Drinking up time allowed for. Toilets on premises. Anti social behaviour will not be tollerated by any individuall or groups, and their event will be terminated.,.
  5. No individual or groups under 18 are allowed on the premises without adequate supervision. Proof of age requested No gaming machines on the premises. Film censorship.,.
  6. All doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.,.
  7. Amplified sound from the licensed premises shall not be clearly audible at the boundary of any noise sensitive premises.,.
