  3. Participate in the local Pubwatch so long as it exists.
  4. Zero tolerance towards drugs.
  5. Door staff, when employed, will be SIA approved.
  6. Incident book will be maintained on site.
  7. Health and safety policy in place.
  8. Management and Staff are trained to the standards required by relevant legislation.
  9. When entertainment is being offered staff will carry out internal and external patrols to limit noise pollution.
  10. Appropriate notices will be displayed reminding customers to respect neighbours when leaving.
  11. Pay phones or other means of ordering taxis to be made available.
  12. When children are allowed on the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises will be suitable for young persons.
  13. Children will be required to be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times.
