Licence conditions (1)
- The premises shall register with Merseyside Police and the Local Licensing Authority to partake in crime prevention initiatives, where applicable. Bottles and glasses shall not be permitted to be taken off the club premises. All customers shall be reminded to be considerate to the public/local residents and keep noise to a minimum when entering/leaving the premises. Notices shall be displayed at premise exits requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly. An evacuation policy/plan shall be in place in case of an emergency. Any persons appearing drunk, aggressive or under the influence of drugs shall not be permitted onto the premises. Regular Gas and Electrical Safety inspections shall be undertaken by approved persons. All doors and windows shall be kept closed during evening hours, except for ingress and egress. Staff shall be trained in alcohol sales.
