Licence conditions (4)
  1. No sale of alcohol shall be made unless the person designated on the Licence as the Premises Supervisor, or a member of staff holding the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, is present and working on the shop floor to expressly supervise the sale.
  2. (Condition 1 above was imposed by the Licensing Sub-Committee on 22 March 2010)
  3. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may ne sold to persons aged 18 years and over, anyone who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the "PASS" hologram logo, a passport, or a photocard full driving licence.
  4. Staff shall receive regular training, at least twice per year, on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority.
