Licence conditions (19)
  1. Conditions carried over from Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'off' Licence).
  2. General:
  3. - CCTV will be on 24 hours/7 days a week.
  4. - All alcohol 'sale refused' is kept on log
  5. - All signs clearly displayed around premises
  6. - All new - customers/comsumers are notified about out policy on consuming nearby the shop.
  7. The Prevention of crime and disorder:
  8. If a customer has heavily comsumed large amounts of alcohol. It is and will be our policy, to make sure that they don't get served. Such persons will be strictly advised to leave the premises.
  9. A CCTV camera, ADT alarm system and panic button (police) are in operation.
  10. Public Safety:
  11. The required rules will be adhered strictly under the supervision of the proposed licence holder.
  12. The premises consist an exit point, fire safety and safety equipments.
  13. The Prevention of public nuisance:
  14. Customers will be advised not to consume the alcohol they have purchased, within or near the shop.
  15. Hence there is now full CCTV, exterior and interior of the premises.
  16. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to consume alcohol or close proximity to the shop premises.
  17. The Protection of children from harm:
  18. We have a strict "CHALLENGE 21" policy where customers who appear to look under the age of 21, will be asked to show proof of identification. We have displayed clear signs, exterior and within the store, warning, tobacco and alcohol will not be sold without ID (etc)
  19. It is displayed that "it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 16" and which is strictly supervised by the personal licence holder.
