- For the purpose of paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is subject to
- the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Persons
- Act 1933,which include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the Iicenl1ed premises;'
- ii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours permitted under this licence,
- however this restriction does not prohibit:
- During the first twenty minutes after the permitted hour, the taking of alcohol from the
- premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
- The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off "the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of
- the alcohol so ordered;
- The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; and
- The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or
- supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised
- mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces;
- 'iii) Alcohol shall not be sold. or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or
- supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied to a canteen or mess
- iv) No child shall be employed:
- So long as he is under the age of fourteen years;
- To do any work other than light work;
- Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
- Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day;
- For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
- For more than two hours on any Sunday;
- Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a
- For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than
- twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school;
- For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or
- At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the
- Year in which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without
- employment.
