  1. No sale of alcohol shall be made at the premises unless a personal licence holder is present in the licensed area of the premises.
  2. Alcohol for consumption on the premises may only be sold to persons having a table meal or those waiting to be seated prior to their having a table meal.
  3. Orders for food and beverages for consumption on the premises shall be taken and dispensed by waiter or waitress service only.
  4. Alcohol for consumption off the premises may only be purchased if a takeaway food order is of a minimum value of £10.00 is placed at the same time.
  5. Alcohol for consumption off the premises shall only be delivered to a residential or business address. This means that alcohol cannot be delivered to any person on the street or in a park or other open space.
  6. The name and address (including postcode) of all persons who purchase alcohol for delivery shall be recorded, together with the type and quantity of alcohol purchased and the value of the accompanying food order. Such records, aversion of which must be in English, shall be retained for at least six months and shall, upon request, be made available to any police office or authorised person
  7. Notices advertising that the premises operate a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed clearly inside at the premises bar servery area.
  8. All forms of advertising dealing with the delivery service shall clearly state that Challenge 25 is operated and alcohol shall only be delivered upon production of a valid form of identification and that failure to do so will result in non-delivery of alcohol.
  9. A book, or other form of record, a version of which must be kept in English shall be kept in which shall be recorded the date, time and circumstances of the following; a) any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme, and b) any disorder, ejection or other relevant incident that occurs on the premises. This book, or record, shall be made available for inspection immediately upon demand by any police or community support officer or authorised person. Management shall be required to check this book, or record on a regular basis, and on each occasion shall add their signature and the date as evidence that they have done so.
  10. The Premises Licence holder shall draw up and implement a premises specific drugs policy, which shall be reviewed as necessary but at least annually. A record shall be kept each time a review of the policy is made.
  11. All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and every six months thereafter on: a) the prevention of underage sales of alcohol which shall include: (i) the operation of "Challenge 25"scheme; (ii) types of acceptable ID; (iii) the method of recording challenges; and (iv) the likely consequence of making an underage sale, b) refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear drunk; c) proxy sales; d) the operation of the CCTV equipment; and e) drug awareness, which shall include training on the drugs policy applicable to the premises. Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall, on request, be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person immediately upon request.
  12. Where a customer aged 18 years of over indicates that they are purchasing alcohol for a 16 or 17 year old to drink with their meal, the 16 or 17 year old shall also be requ
