  1. Odour nuisance There shall be no emission from the premises of any odour which is likely to cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
  2. Notices There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  3. CCTV have been installed at the premises.
  4. Recordings shall be kept for a period of minimum 2 weeks.
  5. No alcohol to be served in the premises.
  6. Fire extinguishers and a fire blanket have been provided throughout the premises at designated locations.
  7. Fire fighting equipment shall be examined annually by qualified people.
  8. No additional lights to be installed where it may cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
  9. Where there are any offensive smells created by the business provision has been made for such smells to be vented properly so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
  10. No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
  11. Sufficient waste bins shall be provided and checked frequently to enable disposal of food waste and packaging materials.
  12. At the end of each working day, the public area immediately surrounding the premises shall be cleared of any litter.
  13. No person under the age of 16 shall be permitted in the premise after 10 p.m. unaccompanied by an adult.
