  2. OC17: The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and all existing polices that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
  3. OC10: All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety.

  5. OC27: Safety appliances and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any relevant person.
