  1. The operational standards (module 7) document (as amended from time to time) submitted as part of the application shall be complied with.
  2. At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence CCTV cameras shall: o Be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; o The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made; o All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days; o CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any Police officer , community support officer or authorised person upon demand; and o The original, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  3. All customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 21 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age. Acceptable forms of identification are those bearing a photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark including a passport and EU photocard driving licence or other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
  4. Staff shall receive regular training, a minimum of four times a year, on the prevention of underage sales and the use of the CCTV system. Such training shall be recorded and those records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
  5. Alcohol shall only be sold to persons as ancillary to a meal and for consumption on the premises.
  6. Where a customer aged 18 years or over indicates that they are purchasing alcohol for a 16 or 17 year old to drink with their meal, the 16 or 17 year old shall also be required to produce a valid proof of age. Acceptable forms of identification are those bearing a photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark including a passport and EU photocard driving licence or other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
