  1. a) General - all four licensing objectives
  2. 1. Music shall only be played in the background as a compliment to food and drink throughout the opening period.
  3. 2. Late night refreshment will be provided indoors only.
  4. 3. The premises shall be a food led, family orientated restaurant where food is ordered at the till and then served by waiter/waitress to the table.
  5. 4. The premises will be fitted with CCTV.
  6. 5. All staff shall be fully aware of and trained in the lawful and responsible supply of alcohol to the public.
