Licence conditions (19)
  1. PPN9 There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note: this may also include reference to vehicles.)
  2. PPN14 The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 2000 and 0800 to minimise disturbance to nearby properties.
  3. PS1 - Gas Testing Any gas boiler, calorifier or other gas appliances will be tested at least every 12 months by CORGI authorised workmen and subsequent satisfactory and valid inspection report to be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
  4. PS2 - Electrical Installation Testing The electrical installation shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
  5. PS5 - Licensee Safety Inspection Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out by the licence holder to ensure that the premises are safe for use.
  6. PS6 - First Aid There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
  7. In line with government guidance we will manage the premises in line with all four of the licensing objectives and all relevant legislation.
  8. Whenever the DPS is not at the premises a responsible person will be left in charge of the management of the premises.
  9. The premises is alarmed throughout.
  10. The DPS shall be an active member of a local pubwatch for the area (if one exists in the area). Either the DPS or a person nominated by them shall regularly attend the meetings and support the scheme.
  11. The premises should comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
  12. The fire equipment is checked annually.
  13. All the members of staff are aware of the location of the fire fighting equipment and how to use it.
  14. Members of staff will ask people to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
  15. Signs will be displayed at the entrance/exit to the premises asking customers to respect the residential neighbours.
  16. At all times the DPS or other responsible person shall ensure the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum.
  17. Only person aged 18 and over will sell alcohol (with the exception of persons on a government approved training scheme).
  18. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving license, passport or government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
  19. Proof of age checks will take place inside the premises by staff whenever they have doubt about a persons age.
