  1. The Premises Licence Holder shall be permitted to undertake the delivery of goods, including alcohol, by a third-party delivery company.
  2. All delivery sales of alcohol must be paid for at the time of ordering.
  3. Payment shall be made by debit or credit card, or electronic payment such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.
  4. The prevention of public nuisance
  5. There shall be no deliveries or collections of alcohol to or from the premises Monday to Sunday between 2300hrs and 0600hrs on the following day.
  6. The staff at the premise shall ensure delivery drivers enter and leave the premises in a quiet and respectful manner.
  7. Delivery drivers will be encouraged to not play loud music or rev cars if waiting for deliveries.

  9. The prevention of crime and disorder
  10. A closed circuit TV monitoring system to be installed and maintained. Images to be recorded and retained for at least 21 days and to be handed to Police/local authority on request.
  11. The protection of children from harm
  12. The premises shall operate in accordance with the Challenge 25 scheme with notices of this prominently displayed within the store.
  13. The scheme operates on the basis that, whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, at the point of delivery any person who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for a valid form of identification. This challenge will be made by the person making the delivery.
  14. The only acceptable forms of valid ID are a proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, passport, or UK photo driving licence, Military ID.
  15. Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is challenged and fails to provide an acceptable form of ID.
  16. Signage to be displayed in store that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol.
  17. All staff to be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol.
  18. There will be an electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser.
  19. 'Age Refusals Register' refusals book kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
