Licence conditions (1)
- CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and recordings kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS or other responsible named individual. The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 policy to ensure that liquor is sold only to persons of lawful age. Should a person not look the age of 25 then he/she would be requested to provide evidence of age. Acceptable forms of identifications shall be Ten year passport, a photocard driving licence or an approved PASS logo proof of age card. There shall be prominent signage throughout the store confirming the legal minimum age for the purchase of alcohol and other age related products and the company policy.
