  1. CCTV shall be installed and will be operative at all times the premises is open to the public. The CCTV system shall be maintained and kept in good working order and any recorded images kept for a minimum of 31 days.
  2. Images shall be made available to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or other Authorised Officer upon request.
  3. A member of the management team will be on site at all times the premises are open to the public.
  4. High value items, Sprits and Champagnes shall be kept behind the counter.
  5. All staff shall receive ongoing training on the 'Challenge 25' scheme.
  6. Till prompts shall be used to remind the till operator to request photographic ID from anyone who appears to be under 25 years of age and is attempting to purchase alcohol.
  7. There shall be signage displayed within the premises stating that a 'Challenge 25' policy is in place.
  8. Any refusal to sell alcohol shall be recorded in a refusal register and this register shall be checked regularly by a member of the management team.
