  1. General Conditions
  2. The Premises Licence Holder shall be permitted to undertake the delivery of goods including alcohol by a third-party delivery company.
  3. All delivery sales of alcohol must be paid for at the time of ordering. Payment shall be made by debit or credit card, or electronic payment such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc. Crime and Disorder
  4. The Licensee will provide/install and maintain CCTV equipment at the premises in full working order. All recordings will be retained for at least 31 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on demand.
  5. The Licensee will ensure that all staff receive adequate training concerning knowledge of Licensing Laws together with social impact upon the sale of alcohol.
  6. All members of staff at the premises will seek ‘credible’ photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 25 and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
  7. The Licensee will ensure that the premises operates within the required litter/refuse regulations adopted by the Local Council.
  8. There shall be no deliveries or collections of alcohol to or from the premises Monday to Sunday between 22:00 and 06:00 on the following day.
  9. The staff at the premises shall ensure delivery drivers enter and leave the premises in a quiet and respectful manner. Delivery drivers will be encouraged to not play loud music or rev cars if waiting for deliveries. Protection of Children from Harm
  10. The Licensee will ensure that all members of staff at the premises seek ‘credible’ photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 25 and who is seeking to purchase alcohol and will operate a ‘Challenge 25 Policy.
  11. The Licensee will ensure that a refusal book is maintained in respect of the ‘Challenge 25 Policy’ which will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on demand. Regular refresher training will be provided to all staff who are involved in the ‘Challenge 25 Policy’.
  12. The Licensee will ensure that there is prominent signage located throughout the store confirming the legal minimum age for the purchase of alcohol
  13. The premises shall operate in accordance with the Challenge 25 scheme.The scheme operates on the basis that, whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, at the point of delivery any person who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for a valid form of identification. This challenge will be made by the person making the delivery. The only acceptable forms of valid ID are a: proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; passport; or UK photo driving licence, Military ID.
  14. Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is challenged and fails to provide an acceptable form of ID.
  15. Determined on 15 August 2008 General Conditions The Licensee will ensure that arrangements be made and kept in place for staff to monitor use of the shop forecourt area for compliance of the four licensing objectives, those being: Prevention of crime and disorder Public safety Prevention of public nuisance Protection of children from harm Prevention of Public Nuisance The Licensee will ensure that a clear notice, requesting customers to leave the area quietly, be displayed by the exit door from the shop
