Licence conditions (19)
  1. The Premises Licence Holder shall be permitted to undertake the delivery of goods including alcohol by a third-party delivery company.
  2. All delivery sales of alcohol must be paid for at the time or ordering.
  3. Prevention of public nuisance
  4. There shall be no deliveries or collections of alcohol to or from the premises outside of the authorised hours for licensable activities (sale of alcohol).
  5. The staff at the premises shall ensure delivery drivers enter and leave the premises in a quiet and respectful manner.
  6. Delivery drivers will be encouraged to not play loud music or rev cars if waiting for deliveries.
  7. Prevention of crime and disorder
  8. A closed circuit TV monitoring system will be installed and maintained.
  9. Images to be recorded and retained for at least 31 days and will be made available on request by an authorised person.
  10. The closed circuit TV monitoring system will cover all areas of the shop floor including the area which will be used for display of beer and wine.
  11. High value alcoholic products such as champagne and spirits will only be displayed behind the sales counter.
  12. Protection of children from harm
  13. The premises shall operate in accordance with the Challenge 25 scheme.
  14. The store will display signage around the store informing both staff and customers of the 'Think 25' policy.
  15. There will be an electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser.
  16. 'Age Refusals Register' refusals book (written or electronic) kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
  17. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, at the point of delivery any person who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for a valid form of identification. This challenge will be made by the person making the delivery.
  18. The only acceptable forms of valid ID are a proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, passport, or UK photo driving licence, Military ID and any other locally or nationally approved form of identification.
  19. Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is challenged and fails to provide an acceptable form of ID.
